IOCC Introduction
IOCC is a student-led project by the students of Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan under one of its most prestigious projects called Project B. IOCC aims to embrace the opportunities posed by the virtual nature of the new normal to unite talents around the world through case-solving simulation.

IOCC’s point of difference

International: Students from all around the world can participate in IOCC. Apart from the competition itself, IOCC also organizes various networking sessions and academic sessions where you can meet students, professors, and professionals from around the world.
Inclusive: IOCC is open to students from all majors. Our Preliminary round has 8 categories that go beyond the business major
Online and free: IOCC is organized on Zoom with English as the main language. No fee is charged for participation in IOCC.

Eligibility

Graduate or Undergraduate students (including those who have graduated within the past 6 months of the preliminary round starting) are eligible to participate. Proof of enrollment is required for the semi-final.
Participants must register as a team of 4. Students from different universities are allowed to be on the same team. Any number of teams can participate from one university.

Competition format

Preliminary Round (15/4 - 17/4): Applications are open globally (~~5 March - 2 April~~ Deadline: April 12, 2022). Teams will receive the case for their chosen category and have 48 hours to build up their solutions. Presentation Slides must be submitted.
Semi-final Round (22/4 - 24/4): 16 teams from all categories. New case, 24 hours to build the solutions. Presentation Slides must be submitted. Presentation and Q&A will be conducted.
Final Round (28/4 - 1/5): 4 teams from the semi-final round. New case, 24 hours to build the solutions. Presentation Slides must be submitted. Presentation and Q&A will be conducted.
